Dom joined Capital SCF in 2009. He is a Senior Associate, covering aaS cloud computing businesses. He has executed several transactions at Capital SCF, including the sale of Focus Solutions Group to Standard Life and the sale of Logica’s payroll processing business in the Netherlands to ADP.

Prior to joining Capital SCF, Dom was an in the UK Investment Banking team at Credit Suisse covering FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies. He executed transactions in several product areas including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raising and restructuring. He also worked extensively on strategic and defence advisory mandates as part of his role.

From 2005 to 2007, Dom worked for Wichford Property Management Limited, investment adviser to Wichford PLC, an AIM-listed property investment vehicle specialising in acquiring properties let to government institutions in the UK and in Europe.   

Dom graduated with a First Class Honours degree in English from Leeds University.
