Rohit is a Vice President at Capital SCF. He has executed several transactions at Capital SCF, including the sale of Twinfield to Wolters Kluwer and the sale of Courtanet to BGL Group. His focus areas include Business Software, SaaS and Cloud Computing, Internet/e-commerce, Mobile and Semiconductors.

Rohit joined Capital SCF from Lehman Brothers where he worked in the European Capital Markets Division until 2008.

Rohit completed his MBA in finance and strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 2008. Prior to that, he was an engineer at KLA-Tencor, a leading semiconductor equipment firm, where he supported chip manufacturers like Intel, Toshiba, TSMC, Sony, Samsung and several other fabs across US and Asia.

Rohit holds B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he graduated top of his class and won several academic awards including the Institute Silver medal.

He is a member of the CFA UK Society, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).
